Individual participations by exhibitors at selected trade fairs are funded.

Criteria for eligible young innovative companies

Presentation of newly developed, significantly improved products, processes and services and their market launch

Small businesses (industry or trade and providers of technical services) with headquarters and business operations in Germany according to the EU definition:

younger than 10 years and

fewer than 50 employees and

less than 10 million euros annual turnover/annual balance sheet total.

Application procedure for exhibitors

Participation in the joint stand of the funded trade fair must be registered with the organizer at least eight weeks before the start of the trade fair. At the same time, the "Application for a subsidy to support the participation of young innovative companies in leading international trade fairs in Germany" must be submitted to BAFA
